Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected serviceable pin codes.
  • Additional COD charges may apply at checkout.
  • Satvakeshi reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations or order values.

Order Tracking
